WHO WE ARE, WHAT WE DO, HOW WE DO IT

WHO: We are a team of professionals helping individuals, families and unmarried couples control and preserve their physical and financial autonomy through personalized legal strategies.

WHAT: We counsel people at all phases of life -- during good health, disability and at death. We counsel singles and couples -- marrieds or unmarrieds. We counsel people with modest resources and those with generous resources.

Our goal is to counsel all clients in ways to leave what they want, to whom they want, when they want and the way they want -- all at the lowest overall cost to themselves and their loved ones.

HOW: We do this with a unique education and counseling process that helps clients understand their options. This knowledge puts them in the "driver's seat" to choose which options best suit their individual situation. We work with the client's other legal and financial advisors to create an integrated plan to eliminate planning "tunnel vision".

We also maintain an updating system to ensure that client planning remains current despite external (tax and other laws) and internal (marriage/divorce, birth/death) changes.
