DESIGN MEETING
The DESIGN MEETING is when we come together to build your plan by combining our legal expertise with your personal instructions for yourself and the people and things you wish to protect. The audit performed in the VISION MEETING tells us what is important to you and this, to some extent, tells us which directives we should use and the details to include in them. Although every legal directive must contain specific features to be legally enforceable, this doesn't mean you must settle for generic or impersonal directives. In fact, our Design process gives you the opportunity to incorporate personal instructions regardless of the planning option you select.
This is when the Workshop stories are particularly useful. If you are like most people who attend the Essentials Workshop, you will have been thinking about the stories so that by the time we meet to design your directives, you will have a good idea of the type of personal instructions to include.
Every plan we design consists of a “package” of legal directives that work together like a “belt and suspenders” to make sure you are protected with back up contingencies -- just in case.
