Counseling, Not Just Documents We counsel after careful consideration of our clients' unique facts and goals -- from Medicaid planning to the "Millionaire Next Door". We don't just deliver legal documents. There are many, many legal tools that can be used to protect individuals, families and business owners from the financial threats of disability and death. It takes time to properly explore the individual circumstances of each client to determine the best combination of these legal tools. Our process permits the time to counsel. That's why we call our process "Estate Counseling". We counsel people on Prenuptial Agreements, Living Wills, Durable Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Financial Powers of Attorney, Wills, Living Trusts & Testamentary Trusts, Revocable Trusts & Irrevocable Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Joint Title Property Ownership (with or without rights of survivorship), Guardianship & Conservatorship, Probate, Trust Adminstration, Elder Law, Disability Law, Medicaid Application and Planning and numerous other estate planning tools. We address the special planning issues raised when clients face changes in their lifes with births, disability, deaths and divorce for themselves or loved ones. Our membership in the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys permits us to maintain education in cutting edge planning techniques. We can also work with NNEPA colleagues when clients present us with specialilzed planning scenarios outside our areas of expertise or when they require legal services in another state. |
